Join our Business Intelligence division, the backbone of decision-making within the Marketing department, where you'll gather, prepare, and interpret data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights and fact-based recommendations. A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Use your advanced SQL skills to extract, transform, and manage data from internal sources, ensuring accuracy and readiness for analysis.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex business problems, uncovering trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
• Build, test, and enhance reports and dashboards, using stakeholder feedback and performance insights to improve quality and impact.
• Partner with product and management teams to define analytical needs, translate them into actionable KPIs, and deliver clear, visualized insights.
• Collaborate with your BI teammates and other departments with a proactive, "can-do" mindset to ensure product and team success.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and team discussions keeping communication open and continuous between BI and the wider business.
• Document data processes, metrics, and analytical solutions to support knowledge sharing and maintain data consistency.
• Work closely with data engineers to optimize data pipelines, identify and reduce technical debt, and expand Data Warehouse capabilities when needed.
• Execute Python scripts to access and integrate data from various external vendor APIs.
• Act as a subject matter person during company's planned data migration, assisting in the transition toward a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.

You're good at

• You're someone who's confident working with data from different angles diving into the details when needed, but always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
• You have hands-on experience with Tableau or another leading data visualization tool. You know how to turn complex data into clear, engaging stories.
• Strong SQL skills, from writing complex queries and manipulating large datasets to performance tuning and optimization.
• Good command of Python (or a similar language like R) for accessing, extracting, and transforming data from third-party REST APIs. Familiarity with libraries such as
  requests
  or
  pandas
  will definitely come in handy.
• A solid grasp of statistical methods and how to apply them in real business scenarios to uncover insights and drive smarter decisions.
• Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data stack, prior hands-on experience here would be a strong advantage.
• You can to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, pay close attention to detail, take responsibility, and show initiative.
• You are curious, analytical, and solution-oriented, comfortable exploring data from different angles, adapting to change, and shifting priorities when needed.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
