Role Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead strategic initiatives to broaden the company's presence across Balkans and Nordics and potentially also DACH region markets, aligning with the mission of healthcare transformation through AI innovation.
  • Foster and nurture strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth and bolstering the company's industry prominence.
  • Actively engage with leadership to influence decisions, ensuring your contributions shape the company's path forward.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Medical Sciences, or related fields.
  • Multiple years of experience in business development or sales within the medical device industry, with experience selling medical software to hospitals, ideally AI software.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and CRM proficiency, vital for effective customer relationship management.
  • Fluent level of English is required and German and Nordics languages are a big plus.
