Now we are looking for a legal intern in Tallinn with an opportunity to become a junior lawer and grow together with us.

Tasks

  • Provide day-to-day support of operations regarding corporate services and administrative duties.
  • Collaborate effectively with notary offices, translators, accountants, marketing agencies, and other relevant partners.
  • Organize postal services and manage the shipping of client documentation.
  • Conduct research on various topics as requested, presenting findings clearly and concisely.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining lawyers' calendars, scheduling appointments, making photocopies, and compiling complex documentation.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Assist in responding to client inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Support and contribute to AML/KYC processes under the supervision of the compliance officer.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Estonian, and Russian (both verbal and written).
  • Bachelor`s degree in law is preferred (might be in process).
