About the role

The Junior Legal Operations Specialist provides vital support to the Bolt Legal team, focusing on efficient management and reporting of legal operations and risk processes. The role is designed for early-career professionals eager to grow in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment, with a strong focus on automation and AI-driven solutions.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Supporting automation and process improvement within the legal team, including testing new legal tech solutions, providing feedback, and contributing to user guides and training.
• Acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting, basic support, and adoption of legal technology, while staying up to date with trends in automation and AI to recommend improvements.
• Assisting with execution and notarisation (or local equivalents) of documents, as well as managing signatures and filings in official registries in compliance with local laws.
• Supporting preparation, review, and organisation of legal documentation such as templated agreements, board and shareholder resolutions, corporate minutes, and other records.
• Helping manage suppliers, external counsel, and third-party providers, including contributing to cost reduction initiatives and supporting contract automation or management systems.
• Maintaining and updating Bolt's contract and document management systems, auditing records, supporting data-driven workflows, and providing general administrative legal support.

About you:

• You have up to 1+ years of relevant experience in a legal, operations, or administrative role, including internships or traineeships.
• You are strongly interested in legal operations, automation, and legal technology, with curiosity about using AI and digital tools to improve processes.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing priorities, and committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
• You have a problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail, efficiency, and a proactive approach to proposing and implementing improvements.
• You have strong communication skills, are fluent in English, and any additional European languages (such as Estonian or Russian) are an advantage.
• You are collaborative and supportive, with a basic understanding of legal processes and compliance, and eager to contribute as a team player.
