UI/UX, Graphic Designer

As a UI/UX, Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping visually engaging and intuitive digital experiences across Coolbet's multi-product ecosystem. You will combine strong graphic design and illustration skills with a systematic approach to UI design, creating both functional interfaces and high-quality visual assets that enhance usability, engagement, and brand consistency. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Frontend Developers to bring features to life, ensuring cohesive and scalable design solutions throughout our platforms.

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital interfaces and gaming environments, including UI elements, illustrations, and other graphic materials.
• Create illustrations, concept art, and event graphics for both in-house and client projects.
• Develop and maintain the component library, style guides, and reusable templates to ensure scalability and consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineers to turn wireframes, and user flows into visually engaging, user-friendly interfaces.
• Partner closely with the Frontend team to ensure smooth handoff and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Contribute to the company's Design System by defining scalable visual logic for components and shared assets.
• Support B2B clients with tailored UI solutions while maintaining brand coherence.
• Stay up to date with UI best practices, iGaming trends, and digital entertainment aesthetics to inspire innovation within the team.

• Bringing at least 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX, Graphic Designer, with the ability to create illustrations.
• Experience in working within iGaming, digital entertainment or other interactive digital platforms.
• Showcasing a strong portfolio that demonstrates UI/UX (wireframing, prototyping) and graphic design, and illustration skills.
• Using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and design tools like Figma with confidence.
• Understanding user psychology, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive UI.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers and Frontend Developers.
• Working methodically with attention to detail, delivering clean handoffs.
• Creating illustrations, and graphic assets independently.
• Having experience with HTML and CSS, which is considered a plus.
