Chief of Staff

Ondas Capital is a newly launched investment and advisory arm under Ondas Holdings (NASDAQ: ONDS), established to accelerate global deployment of mature and combat proven unmanned systems and AI solutions.

The role involves supporting the COO in daily oversight of global operations and ensuring timely execution of strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the COO in daily oversight of global operations, ensuring timely execution of strategic priorities.
• Lead coordination across administrative, HR, and compliance teams in Europe and the Baltics.
• Manage executive reporting cycles, dashboards, and operational performance reviews.
• Supervise implementation of COO directives, ensuring adherence to timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee the integration of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across regional offices.
• Serve as the COO's liaison to the CEO's office and senior leadership, maintaining structured information flow.
• Coordinate internal communications, ensuring that decisions and operational changes are documented and distributed appropriately.
• Oversee internal audits of operational and administrative compliance in partnership with regional CFOs.
• Support event and travel logistics for the COO, senior leadership meetings, and strategic reviews.
• Provide mentorship and structural guidance to administrative and HR teams within the Baltic Office.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Chief of Staff or Executive Assistant
• Excellent command of English
• Strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to multitask and quickly switch between different responsibilities
• Willingness to travel for work in Europe and the USA when needed
• Readiness to work outside standard hours when required
• Loyalty and interest in the field of drones and autonomous systems.
