If you're someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, loves working with high-impact systems, and enjoys guiding a talented engineering team to deliver great results - this role is for you. As our Tech Lead, you'll have a direct influence on architecture decisions, development standards, and the overall technical excellence of the Zeus Team.

What you will do:

  • lead the technical direction of the Zeus Team from architecture design to delivery;
  • collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and Solution Architects to shape the future of our energy trading and flexibility systems;
  • design and implement robust, secure, and maintainable software solutions for
    real-time data flows
    and market integrations;
  • mentor and support team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best engineering practices;
  • drive improvements in performance, reliability, and deployment processes;
  • contribute hands-on to development, code reviews, and system design.

What we are looking for:

  • strong background in software engineering, architecture, or DevOps;
  • strong Experience with
    C#/.NET
    (or
    other languages but willing to switch to C#)
    ;
  • strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MSSQL;
  • solid understanding of
    event-driven systems and streaming platforms
    , including
    Kafka
    , and
    WebSockets;
  • familiarity with
    microservices
    ,
    containerization
    (Docker, Kubernetes), and
    CI/CD
    pipelines;
  • a proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions;
