SALES MANAGER
We are now seeking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join the Lindström team in Tartu, Estonia. In this role, you will lead the sales team, develop strategies, and ensure exceptional customer experience for our customers in south-east Estonia. Become a Lindströmer and help us make a difference
Your key contribution areas
You will be collaborating with local sales, business unit, marketing, design, and operations teams to improve service delivery and drive business growth in line with our sales strategy and vision. Your key responsibilities include:
- Build, lead, and coach the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Ensure excellent customer experience and effective CRM usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor sales pipeline performance and support the team in client negotiations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
You'll be leading a team of six sales representatives in Tartu area. In our team and across the functions, we value trust, shared commitment to excellence, and a supportive team spirit. We act according to our values, our customer satisfaction is at a high level, and we are one of the pioneers in the circular economy business.
What helps you to shine in this role?
- Bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Sales, or Management)
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience (preferably B2B face-to-face) and 2 years in sales leadership
- Strong analytical skills, coaching, and leadership capabilities
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Experience in service-based business and team development is an advantage
- Good communication, presenting and negotiation skills
