About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Regulatory Implementation Product Management team. This is a newly established team within Product Management that will identify and lead all regulatory projects with high complexity. As a Senior Project Manager, you are passionate about regulatory topics and want to further develop your skills in managing high-complexity projects and programmes across Product Management & TxB.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Independently structure and drive projects and programmes
  • Manage stakeholders on all organisational levels effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure progress on deliveries across TxB according to the set milestones
  • Work on different projects as well as strategic development
  • You will report to Head of Regulatory Implementation in Product Management

 

You'll join a strategically important area getting all the support needed to succeed. The role is based in Tallinn, Estonia.

 

The Regulatory Implementation team is part of the TxB Product Management unit which consists of common divisional capabilities that serve the whole Transaction Banking area and our 9,5 million private and 500 000 corporate customers.

Your profile and background:

  • Bring in a strong experience working with banking regulation preferable in an implementation role
  • Withhold strong ability in problem-solving, change management and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively and focus on delivering high quality projects
  • Capable and motivated to quickly and efficiently pick-up new topics with a high level of complexity
  • Possess skills and vision to implement changes as well as open to new ideas
  • Proven strong team-spirit and outgoing personality ensuring coordination within the team and with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and English language skills, both spoken and written
