About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Systems Specialist - Transaction Resolution Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and utility of data within the Card Disputes domain.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SQL for querying and managing complex datasets, experience with data management tools such as Superset or Looker, and strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain data reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and ensure data availability.
  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy and consistency, resolve data issues, and document domain knowledge for data quality and governance.
  • Contribute to long-term data projects such as cost modeling and forecasting, and automate manual data processes.
  • Provide data support for operational needs and address urgent data requests.
  • Drive data-related projects and collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes using data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing complex datasets.
  • Experience with data management (e.g., Superset, Looker) to build data solutions.
  • Ability to take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
