Customer Support Operations Agent

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our fast-growing Support team working across ride-hailing businesses. The position is based in our office in Tallinn, Estonia.

About the Role

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or voice channels with exceptional communication skills.
  • Follow internal workflow, macros, SOPs, and proactively flag broken processes, unclear policies, or tooling issues with a keen eye for detail.
  • Maintain updated knowledge across all verticals by attending regular refresher sessions and training.
  • Take accountability for productivity, accuracy, and customer impact.
  • Provide in-person support to customers at the Walk-In Centre, including managing physical queues, verifying documents, and resolving cases directly with customers or partners.
  • Work closely with Team Leads and peer agents to ensure shift health and queue balance.

Requirements

  • Excellent Estonian, Russian, and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in any customer-facing role.
  • Positive and hard-working attitude.
  • Able to pay attention to details.
