Legal Adviser – Join Our Team in Tallinn

• Advise clients on both specific and everyday business-related legal matters, including corporate restructurings, transactions, and employment law cases.

We are looking for someone with:

• Knowledge and proven successful work experience in corporate, commercial, and employment law.
• A Master's degree (or equivalent) in law, or currently in the process of obtaining one.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Estonian and English, with a strong command of legal terminology.
• Accuracy, a collaborative mindset, and an open attitude.
• Willingness to work in a team and maintain strong client relationships.
• Previous practical experience in advising on transactions and competition law matters will be considered an advantage.
