Freelance Admin Assistant - MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH

This role is predominantly a data collection role with a mix of telephone and internet search productivity. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Hours are flexible however we do prefer a person who is able to work 35+ hours per week.

This position involves a large amount of telephone calling, therefore applicants must be confident in calling people and gaining industry information. This is NOT a sales role.

We are offering a full time / flexi hours position which is paid hourly. You will invoice our company as a self-employed person, Therefore what you earn is what you get. We pay every two weeks direct into your Bank Account on invoice, we can pay Estonia bank accounts or bank accounts outside of Estonia like Revolut etc . We do not pay your personal tax or social tax because this is a self employed position.

This is NOT a remote position; it is based in our Tallinn Office, near to Viru Keskus.

Responsibilities

  • Collect data from our clients by calling them and verifying information
  • Must be competent in dealing with people
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Gain market intelligence using Google, Linked In and Calls.
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Experience required:

  • Basic skills in Excel and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proactive - always searching for new ways to do things
  • Fast paced and prompt
  • Attention to detail is key
