Are you organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator? We have an
opening for a fixed-term Secretary position
, where your role will be to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office and provide support to management and colleagues.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing correspondence and document flow (incl. Webdesktop system)
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors
  • Overseeing office supplies and office equipment
  • Organizing travel arrangements and business trips (tickets, hotels, visas)
  • Supporting cooperation with the Board, Finance Department, and other teams
  • Performing daily administrative tasks

We expect from you:

  • Higher education or ongoing studies
  • Previous experience in office administration and document management
  • Excellent command of Estonian, good knowledge of Russian and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Accuracy, responsibility, and strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and flexibility
