DANISH-SPEAKING JUNIOR GROWTH EXECUTIVE

YOUR ROLE:

We're looking for a creative, driven Danish-Speaking Junior Growth Executive to join our fast-moving Growth team. This role blends performance marketing with creative content production-perfect for someone who loves experimenting with new ideas, crafting compelling content, and helping scale campaigns across multiple channels.

You'll work hands-on with paid ads, social content, growth operations, and copywriting from day one. If you're energetic, curious, and excited to grow quickly, you'll thrive here.

YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

Creative Content & Copywriting

• Create and adapt content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) to support growth initiatives
• Write engaging ad copy, scripts, headlines, and campaign messaging
• Support content briefs for designers and video editors
• Research trends, competitor content, and emerging formats to inspire new ideas
• Produce quick-turn assets (basic visuals, short-form edits, captions) when needed

Paid Ads Execution

• Help out with analyzing data to generate insights and strategic to support Senior Growth leads to create top performing campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and help build strong Google Ads and landing page structures
• Report on results and highlight opportunities for scale or optimisation

Strategy, Creativity & Experimentation

• Participate in growth sprints, brainstorms, and campaign planning sessions
• Test new creative angles, formats, and audiences
• Explore market trends, consumer behaviour, and cultural insights to find growth opportunities
• Support the growth team in launching fast experiments across markets

Collaboration & Operations

• Work closely with country growth leads to support local priorities
• Collaborate with design, content, product, and external partners
• Help turn ideas into action quickly, with a hands-on, flexible approach

Requirements

• 1–3 years of marketing or growth experience (internships count)
• Strong creative instinct - able to ideate, storyboard, write, and adapt content
• Fluent in English and Danish (written + spoken)
• Strong writing skills and an eye for storytelling, especially in short-form content
• A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-changing environments
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities
• Curious, analytical, and motivated by delivering results

Bonus Points For:

• Experience creating social content (video, TikTok, Reels, photography, basic editing)
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools
• Previous work in performance marketing, growth teams, or consumer products
