We are seeking an experienced and visionary 
Core Banking Platform Product Head
 to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our core banking platform. In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap, driving innovation to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric banking solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and financial business stakeholders to ensure the platform meets regulatory standards while enabling rapid product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the 
    end-to-end product strategy
     for the core banking platform.
  • Build and manage a 
    long-term roadmap
     aligned with business and technology objectives.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver 
    scalable, resilient, and compliant
     platform solutions.
  • Translate customer and market needs into platform capabilities and features.
  • Drive integration with payments, lending, digital channels, and third-party fintech ecosystems.
  • Ensure 
    regulatory compliance
    , risk management, and security are embedded in product design.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and execution.
  • Act as the 
    thought leader
     for core banking modernization within the organization.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in 
    product management
    , with at least 5 years in banking,
    banking technology, fintech, or core banking platforms
    .
  • Proven track record of delivering 
    enterprise-scale platform products
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    banking operations, regulatory requirements, and financial services ecosystems
    .
  • Experience with 
    modern core banking systems (e.g., Mambu, Finacle, etc.)
    .
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance 
    strategic vision
     with 
    hands-on execution
    .
