Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Full-Stack Developer for Core Banking, located in the Tallinn Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core applications. Day-to-day tasks include full-stack development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of our core banking systems.

Qualifications

  • Develop mostly backend, leveraging Oracle PL/SQL and
    Python
     for database-intensive applications.
  • Design, write, and optimize 
    PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, triggers
    , and queries for mission-critical systems.
  • Collaborate across product, QA, DevOps, and UX teams to deliver full-stack solutions that are 
    scalable, secure, and maintainable
    .
  • Develop and maintain clean APIs and user interface components (modern JavaScript, frameworks).
  • Debug, profile, and optimize system performance across the stack—from query tuning to cache optimization.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and system design, especially in regulated or high-availability contexts.
