This Position reports to:
Talent Acquisition Services Team LeadYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day Talent Acquisition support activities for one or several assigned country(ies)/business areas, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. You will ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of these activities. You will also support the globally set standards for Talent Acquisition Services and ensure that the respective business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.
Each day, you will support various parts of the Talent Acquisition process as demand requires. This includes, but is not limited to: posting job ads, screening candidates, interview scheduling, and other administrative tasks related to the talent acquisition process, attraction and brand activity.
You will also showcase your expertise by consistently delivering high-quality, timely support while upholding global standards and local compliance in Talent Acquisition operations.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
Your Role: Own the Challenge:
- Executing and delivering Talent Acquisition services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility
- Delivering all tasks according to SLAs, in alignment with the TA team lead indications and in close collaboration with Talent Partners
- Supporting cross-collaboration within Talent Acquisition and with other teams, to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies
- Operating with integrity and ensuring quality in every step
What it takes to Run what runs the world :
- Recruitment experience is a plus, but we also welcome applicants with an HR education who are eager to learn and grow
- Experience of working in a target driven environment is a benefit
- Strong computer skills and confidence in using digital tools
- A positive, proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy across recruitment systems
- Fluency in English; Finnish language skills are an advantage
