Senior Payment Settlement Specialist

What you'll be doing

  • Execute, verify, and process domestic and international payment transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate with correspondent banks to handle payment inquiries, investigations, and recalls.
  • Support payment intermediaries and clients with settlement-related questions and operational issues.
  • Monitor and ensure the liquidity of correspondent bank accounts to maintain smooth processing.
  • Control cash balances and execute necessary accounting entries in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Verify and record treasury transactions to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

What you'll bring

  • A high level of accuracy, accountability, and a systematic approach to handling complex payment operations
  • Previous experience in the payments domain, especially in operational processes, systems, or compliance
  • Interest in the payments ecosystem and motivation to contribute to its development and efficiency
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of process quality and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken – English is the main language used in daily work
