What You'll Do
- assess and monitor customer interactions using quality evaluation models
- provide constructive feedback and coaching to specialists
- support team leads in developing individual improvement plans
- plan and deliver soft skills and service quality trainings
- monitor customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS, CES) and analyze feedback
- identify improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions
- lead or support quality-related meetings, workshops, and best practice sharing
- participate in quality and customer experience projects
What You Bring
- computer skills: Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
- strong analytical and communication skills
- ability to conduct effective training sessions and workshops;
- detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
- bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- fluent in Estonian and English (written and spoken)
- strong analytical skills, strategic thinking
- ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business
