What You'll Do

  • assess and monitor customer interactions using quality evaluation models
  • provide constructive feedback and coaching to specialists
  • support team leads in developing individual improvement plans
  • plan and deliver soft skills and service quality trainings
  • monitor customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS, CES) and analyze feedback
  • identify improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions
  • lead or support quality-related meetings, workshops, and best practice sharing
  • participate in quality and customer experience projects

What You Bring

  • computer skills: Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
  • strong analytical and communication skills
  • ability to conduct effective training sessions and workshops;
  • detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
  • collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
  • bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • fluent in Estonian and English (written and spoken)
  • strong analytical skills, strategic thinking
  • ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business
