  • Take responsibility for the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance.
  • Participate in evaluating candidates' competencies.
  • Actively source candidates to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with business teams, local People & Culture teams, and the Global People & Culture Advisory Partners team to ensure alignment on hiring needs.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging within our company.
  • Support employer branding, learning & development, and DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local talent acquisition policies.

The team of experts belongs to the Center of Excellence (CoE) in the Playtech Group. CoE is a group of global sub-functions within the Global People & Culture Unit that uses the best practices to develop and support critical capabilities that align with organizational priorities.

Global Talent Acquisition Team works across different countries, cultures, and markets to provide partnerships to the business and ensure a best-in-class, consistent full-cycle recruitment process. The team has more than ten members from various countries.
