I'm Victor Zetterström, Head of Executive Search & Nordic Talent Acquisition at Telia Company. Right now, I'm looking for a new colleague to join our Executive Search team—a small but mighty group of three, working closely with top leaders across all our markets.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead executive-level recruitments from start to finish. You'll act as a trusted advisor to our top management, helping shape the future of Telia by identifying and attracting exceptional leadership talent.

You'll work across all our countries and functions, collaborating with hiring managers and colleagues in Talent Acquisition. Every recruitment matters—and you'll play a key role in building diverse, collaborative teams that drive Telia forward.

Is this you?

You're someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You've worked with executive search—either in-house or at an agency—and you know how to manage complex recruitments with confidence and care.

You're independent, proactive, and open to change. You enjoy working with colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds, and you're always ready to take on a new challenge.

Your experience includes:

  • 10+ years in the HR and/or executive search field with at least 5 years of experience in managerial level recruitments

  • End-to-end ownership of the recruitment process

  • Practical experience in leadership assessments and evaluations

  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through digital tools, referrals, and networking

  • Proven ability to build trust and manage senior stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills—written, spoken, and in presentations

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
