We're looking for a results-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our Executive Team and lead the commercial transformation of one of the Baltics' most recognized delivery brands.

Omniva stands at a pivotal moment in its journey. As a state-owned company preparing for potential privatization, we are undertaking one of the most significant business and cultural transformations in our history. Traditionally recognized as a leading postal and logistics provider in the Baltics, Omniva is now evolving into a technology-driven, product-led enterprise—expanding beyond delivery into digital platforms, international e-commerce logistics, and adjacent business lines.

This transformation demands bold commercial leadership. As Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead the development and execution of market strategies that expand Omniva's footprint across the Baltics and key international regions. You'll lead the shift toward flexible, customer-centric service models, build scalable international structures, and embed a performance culture rooted in ownership, speed, and strategic impact. This role offers the opportunity to shape Omniva's commercial future and position the company as a competitive force in international logistics.

This is a board-level role with direct influence on the future of logistics in the Baltics and beyond.

Strategic scope of the role
You'll oversee commercial operations across:

  • Geographies: All Baltic countries and all international markets, including priority expansion markets (Central Asia, Caucasus, Central Europe, Balkans, Nordics)
  • Business Units: Domestic parcel, courier, and postal commercial services; International Business Unit with a core focus on middle-mile operations, while proactively identifying and assessing last-mile opportunities in target markets.
  • Focus Areas: Revenue growth, sustainable profitability, sales performance excellence, market penetration, strategic partnerships, and customer relationship leadership.

What We're Expecting From You
As our CCO, you will:

  • Translate Omniva's vision into a unified commercial strategy across domestic and international markets
  • Lead go-to-market plans that defend Baltic leadership and diversify international revenue streams
  • Set and deliver annual and long-term sales targets across markets, ensuring alignment with Group financial and strategic objectives
  • Drive global middle-mile service growth and assess high-value last-mile opportunities
  • Introduce dynamic pricing models and value-added services to boost competitiveness
  • Deepen relationships with key clients, e-commerce platforms, and marketplaces
  • Maintain market intelligence and mitigate commercial risks across geographies
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Product to align strategy, pricing, and EBIT delivery
  • Champion Omniva's brand across core and emerging markets, and represent the company in global industry bodies (UPU, IPC)
