You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
  • Understanding products and assisting the business team in finding non-standard legal solutions to a wide range of legal issues, while mitigating legal risks;
  • Providing leadership to ensure the legality of business activities, ass well as legal corporate governance and corporate housekeeping;
  • Participating directly in business projects together with the business team, representing the company before state authorities, institutions, and in relations with third parties;
  • Drafting and analyzing various contracts and other corporate and business documents in English and Estonian;
  • Managing the company's legal projects and cases;
  • Liaising with legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on legal matters.

Required for this position:
  • Master's degree in law;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in supporting energy (or other commodity) sales teams;
  • Experience in contract drafting;
  • Ability to multitask, work both independently and in a team, handle complex legal issues, reconcile different expectations, and demonstrate strong negotiation skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Estonian and English (sufficient for drafting legal documents);
  • Ability to simplify complex legal issues and provide pragmatic, operational legal advice.

Would be an advantage:
  • Experience in construction or energy law.
