We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the growing team of Ignitis Eesti OÜ and help us to provide legal support for our growing electricity sales business stream. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Understanding products and assisting the business team in finding non-standard legal solutions to a wide range of legal issues, while mitigating legal risks
• Providing leadership to ensure the legality of business activities, ass well as legal corporate governance and corporate housekeeping
• Participating directly in business projects together with the business team, representing the company before state authorities, institutions, and in relations with third parties
• Drafting and analyzing various contracts and other corporate and business documents in English and Estonian
• Managing the company's legal projects and cases
• Liaising with legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on legal matters

• Master's degree in law
• At least 5 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in supporting energy (or other commodity) sales teams
• Experience in contract drafting
• Ability to multitask, work both independently and in a team, handle complex legal issues, reconcile different expectations, and demonstrate strong negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Estonian and English (sufficient for drafting legal documents)
• Ability to simplify complex legal issues and provide pragmatic, operational legal advice

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in construction or energy law
