Group Legal Team

We are looking for a Group Lawyer to join our Legal team. In this role, you will support both the company and its group entities by ensuring compliance with legislation and providing practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

You'll work closely with various departments and senior management—drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on legal matters, and keeping the business informed about relevant legislative changes. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys combining sharp analytical skills with a commercial mindset.

• You hold a Master's degree in law (additional qualifications are a plus).
• You have strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.
• You are familiar with gaming legislation, GDPR, AML, and responsible gaming standards.
• You are fluent in English, with proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents, handling stakeholder communication, and managing regulatory matters.
• You excel in contract drafting, negotiation, and communication.
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating contracts, procedures, legal assessments, and internal regulations, ensuring their formal and substantive compliance with the law.
• Responding to applications, inquiries, and complaints directed to the legal department.
• Advising employees on legal matters relevant to company activities and sharing updates on new or changing legislation.
• Ensuring proper preservation, maintenance, and archiving of company documents.
• Providing legal advice to the management board and other governing bodies to support informed decision-making.
• Supporting group companies with legal guidance to enable smooth business operations.
• Monitoring legislative changes and, when necessary, proposing adjustments to safeguard the company's interests.
• Contributing to the development of legal processes and improvements within the Legal team.
