Who Are We Looking For?
We are searching for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager for Northern Europe who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving growth through new business opportunities.
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding TPEG's footprint across the Nordics and Baltics. This is a hunter role, focused on identifying and winning new customers, building strong partnerships, and ensuring sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Actively identify, approach, and convert prospective customers in Northern Europe.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, securing high-value partnerships.
- Represent TPEG at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead the annual budget planning and regular forecast process for the region.
- Manage newly acquired customers, ensuring long-term strategic growth and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams like R&D, Engineering, and Production to align solutions with customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback on growth potential and competitive positioning.
What We're Looking For
- A technical or commercial background, ideally with a university degree in electrical engineering or electrotechnical training.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the power electronics or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Nordic or Baltic language skills are a strong advantage.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven mentality.
- High willingness to travel internationally.
