Baltic Council for International Education
– a leading international education consultancy, official test centre for IELTS and Cambridge English, and organizer of the largest education fairs Days of International Education across the Baltics and Central Europe.

Due to business expansion, we are looking for
Education Managers / Senior Education Managers
to join our teams in
Estonia,
Latvia, Lithuania.

Main responsibilities:

  • Advising students and parents on secondary, higher and language education abroad;
  • Supporting clients throughout the whole application process – from programme choice to submitting applications;
  • Liaising with partner universities, schools and language centres worldwide;
  • Participating in education fairs, seminars and presentations;
  • Handling contracts and documentation;
  • Contributing to marketing activities (email campaigns, social media, promotional materials).

Requirements:

  • University degree (education abroad will be an advantage);
  • Excellent command of Estonian and English (minimum
    C1
    level);
  • Work experience in education, marketing, sales or customer service;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, internet services, CRM);
  • Willingness to travel.
