Purpose of the role:As an Events Specialist, you'll craft memorable experiences for Bombay Group employees and develop B2B event packages to attract new business. You'll manage your own area of responsibility while also supporting marketing and VIP events as needed. The role offers flexible hours between office work and on-site presence during event days.
How you will contribute:- Plan and organize Bombay's internal events in line with the approved annual calendar and budget.
- Develop creative concepts, suggest venues, and propose budgets for internal events, while coordinating related internal communications.
- Design corporate event packages and identify new business opportunities (e.g. partner gatherings, client appreciation events, brand launches).
- Ensure flawless event execution from planning through to delivery, resolving any issues promptly and effectively on-site.
- Coordinate smaller-scale marketing events—such as guest speaker sessions—based on the events calendar and goals, including preparing promotional materials.
- Support the Events Manager with large-scale events and assist with ongoing event-related tasks as needed.
- Proven experience in event management (minimum 3 years), with a strong focus on internal events.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented approach, ready to take ownership of developing Bombay's internal and corporate event strategy from the ground up.
- Strong coordination, planning, and time management skills, able to juggle multiple projects with overlapping timelines.
- Confident in budgeting and tracking KPIs for individual events to ensure results and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and people skills, comfortable engaging with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Calm under pressure, quick to solve unexpected issues during planning and execution.
- Systematic, punctual, and detail-oriented, with a hands-on attitude.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development, especially in identifying opportunities for B2B events.
- Fluent in English, Estonian is a strong plus.
- Flexible with working hours, as about 20% of on-site work will take place outside standard office hours.
You'll be part of the Bombay Marketing team, reporting to the Events Manager and working closely with two fellow Event Coordinators, as well as external partners and agencies.
