Event Manager

Internal Events

• Plan, organise, and execute internal company events, such as summer days, winter galas, and mission days.
• Coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and ensure on-site presence during events.
• Support and assist with the implementation of team-building activities across departments.
• Source and coordinate contractors.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality post-event content, including photos and videos.

External Events & Conferences

• Plan and manage the company's participation in external events, including international conferences, with or without an exhibition stand.
• Research and evaluate relevant industry events; secure sponsorship opportunities and passes.
• Liaise with external event organisers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Coordinate with stand builders and manage logistics for promotional material shipments.
• Attend international events to oversee stand setup, resolve on-site issues, and ensure smooth execution.

Business Travel & Coordination

• Manage travel arrangements for company business trips: book flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure seamless coordination of team movements and responsibilities during events.

Promotional Materials & Branding

• Source promotional merchandise and branded clothing for events.
• Identify and liaise with vendors, manage sample approvals, and oversee production in collaboration with the design and quality assurance teams.
• Contribute creative ideas for stand designs, print materials, and company profile banners.
• Marketing Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to ensure delivery of high-quality visual content (photos and videos) from events for social media and brand promotion.

Budget & Administrative Support

• Manage event-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of all bookings and purchases.

Team Collaboration

• Serve as a reliable backup for fellow Event Managers during absences, ensuring the continuity of responsibilities and smooth execution of planned events.

• Successful experience in international marketing events organization (conferences, seminars)
• Fluent English and Russian languages
• Experience and/or interest in the Fintech industry
• Copywriting skills
• Ability to travel and work in-house full-time
• Creativity, analytical skills, ability to see the big picture
• Ability to self-organize and multitask
