Mobifer is transforming the way coach travel is booked. Our white-label technology helps operators eliminate manual processes, reduce costs, and increase revenue through intelligent automation. After a strong start in Europe, we're ready to scale in the UK and we need you to make it happen.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and grow Mobifer's presence in the UK, starting with outreach to private coach operators, transport companies, schools, event organizers, and municipalities.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with bus operators, turning first conversations into long-term partnerships.
  • Lead sales cycles from prospecting through to closing, and support partners in successfully onboarding onto our platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to shape and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for the UK.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and opportunities in the UK transport and mobility sector.
  • Represent Mobifer at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in transport, mobility, travel, or SaaS.
  • Native-level English
    communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Background in the transport or mobility sector is a strong plus.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset: resourceful, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • UK-based, with flexibility to travel for client meetings and events.
