Sales Manager
to take full ownership of the Estonian market. If you're a B2B sales pro who thrives on
team leadership, growing new business, and nurturing long-term client relationships

What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire the Estonian B2B sales team.
- Drive strategy and results across the Estonian market.
- Win new clients and
strengthen sustainable, long-term partnerships
. - Support your team in complex deals and negotiations.
- Track market trends and stay ahead of competitors.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years in
sales (B2B-advantage)
, with 1–2 years in leadership. - Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in
Estonian and English
(other languages are a plus).
