Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Tallinn, Estonia, with some work from home possible. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, managing sales pipelines, preparing sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team, and attending industry events and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
