SOLARSTONE develops and manufactures building-integrated solar roofs that combine energy efficiency, durability, and aesthetics. In 2024, we opened Europe's largest BIPV production unit in Viljandi to support growth both in our home market of Estonia, in neighboring countries, and in international markets. Our goal is to merge the solar panel and roofing material into one unified solution, bringing a revolution to the roofing industry.
We are looking for a proactive
Sales Manager
to join our Tallinn office (Delta Plaza). Your mission will be to grow Solarstone's presence in Estonia and nearby markets by building strong partnerships with real estate developers, architects, producers of modular and element houses, and other key stakeholders in the construction sector.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the specifics of the construction and real estate industries, has a good technical understanding, and enjoys active sales work — networking, meetings, business travel, and building new connections.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage new clients and partners, while fostering long-term business relationships
- Actively promote SOLARSTONE's solutions to real estate developers, architects, designers, and producers of modular and element houses.
- Proactively monitor construction projects and integrate SOLARASTONE's solutions into initial planning and design.
- Maintain regular communication via phone, email, and meetings; participate in trade fairs and industry events.
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share, primarily in Estonia and neighboring countries.
- Read technical drawings and provide solutions based on client needs.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong previous experience in sales within the construction, real estate, or roofing industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the construction sector.
- Very good understanding of construction and technical terminology.
- Ability to read and interpret design and technical drawings.
- A wide network among architects, developers, and construction companies is a major advantage.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with readiness for active sales work.
- Good communication skills in both Estonian and English (Russian is a plus).
- Willingness to travel for longer business trips within Estonia and neighboring countries.
