Job Description:
We are seeking a talented
Marketing Specialist
in Estonia to join our team and drive Go3 to new heights.
What you will do:
- Execute marketing campaigns and activities in the Estonian market according to the marketing roadmap and KPI's.
- Ensure all brand communications align with Go3 brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials including visuals, text, and video content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution.
- Support Baltic Brand Managers in localizing marketing materials for the Estonian market.
- Co-develop social media content plans for Go3 Estonia together with the social media specialist.
- Support the Marketing and Content Manager and Brand Team Manager in preparing presentations, campaign reviews, and market overviews.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in Estonia.
- Support with internal and external events planning and execution.
- Perform other tasks relevant to the role as needed.
What we expect:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing - campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Bachelor´s degree in marketing or communications
- Basic knowledge and experience in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta ads or Direct Marketing tools
- Strong communication skills and result-driven attitude
- Willingness to collaborate with multiple teams and departments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written English skills
