International Performance Marketing Specialist – E-Commerce/Shopify

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong e-commerce and Shopify expertise to take our international marketing efforts to the next level. If you love digging into numbers, optimizing funnels, scaling campaigns across borders, and located in Estonia this role is for you.
Your Role:
- Develop, implement, and scale international performance marketing strategies with a sharp focus on ROI and growth.
- Take ownership of our Shopify shops across several EU countries – from managing content to driving performance improvements.
- Analyze customer journeys and create insightful reports and dashboards in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Power BI.
- Identify opportunities for funnel optimizations and turn data insights into actionable results.
- Collaborate closely with design, product teams, and external partners to create impactful creatives, campaigns, and landing pages.
- Monitor and continuously optimize conversion rates across our Shopify stores.
- Stay ahead of the curve with competitive analysis and international e-commerce trends.
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a strong focus on e-commerce.
- A proven track record in international campaign management and scaling digital channels.
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify (themes, apps; Liquid is a plus).
- Solid skills in GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- A strong analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in CRO, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis is a big plus.
- Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented in your way of working.
