We're seeking a Technical Developer to join our team. You'll be involved in designing, coding, and maintaining our software applications. You'll work closely with the team to develop integrations, improve our systems, and build new features. Whether you're just starting out or have a few years of experience, you'll have the chance to contribute meaningfully to our projects and learn along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, test, and deploy scalable and reliable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective code.
  • Integration & Automation:
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party services using APIs.
  • Develop automation modules to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our product offerings.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the CTO, CEO, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance our development practices and overall product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Python, including building APIs or microservices.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) or LLM-based libraries (LangChain).
  • Comfortable working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integrating third-party APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (TeamCity, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).
  • Proficiency in containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • IaC Experience (Terraform/Ansible)
  • AI/ML Experience
  • Understanding of natural language processing, reinforcement learning, or advanced ML concepts is highly valued.
  • Track record of delivering AI-driven solutions in production environments is a plus.
