Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tallinn for a Data Center Expert. The Data Center Expert will oversee daily data center operations, including infrastructure management, data analytics, and data security. Responsibilities include monitoring data center performance, analyzing data to identify trends, implementing effective data management procedures, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. The role also involves collaborating with IT teams to optimize and scale data systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the strategic development of data infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, and Data Management
  • Expertise in Data Modeling and Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency with tools and technologies related to data center infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of data security and compliance, particularly GDPR
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure, is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, are an advantage
