An international, growing fintech company providing innovative solutions for online payment processing. The team is skilled, collaborative, and focused on delivering secure and scalable payment services.
Role Overview
We are looking for a PSP Manager / Business Development manager. You will manage and expand the partner network, taking ownership of the entire partner lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiation to integration and long-term support. The role also ensures smooth internal processes and operational excellence across all partner-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and select potential partners, including wallets, acquirers, and payment providers.
Negotiate and establish partnerships to expand the company's reach.
Oversee technical and communication aspects of partner integration.
Manage ongoing partner relationships and support long-term growth.
Coordinate partner-related operations with internal teams: product, compliance, risk, and finance.
Contribute to the development of new business directions.
The role involves communication with international clients.
Requirements
Experience in B2B partnerships within fintech, ideally with wallets, acquirers, or PSPs.
Understanding of high-risk industries (gambling, crypto, etc.).
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English and Russian.
Experience in operational management of partner accounts.
