YOUR PRIMARY MISSION:
- Analyze operational data to identify regions or teams underperforming in quality or efficiency
- Monitor and drive improvements in internal and external quality reports, ensuring alignment with company expectations
- Assess and improve operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, productivity gaps, and opportunities to streamline field work
- Partner with local teams to create and track improvement plans
- Hold weekly syncs with local operations to review progress and escalate blockers to HQ
- Implement and monitor improvements aligned with HQ standards
- Act as the primary operational bridge between local teams and the Global Service Operations Manager
- Serve as the go-to contact for day-to-day operations questions and minor escalations from local teams

- Help document and standardize operational workflows and best practices
- Assist in developing fraud prevention and detection tools and processes
- Support the creation of a more structured procurement and equipment tracking system
You're a great fit if you have:
- Experience in mobility, carsharing, last-mile logistics, or fleet operations
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPIs to make decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams across different countries
- Confidence in managing recurring weekly processes while staying adaptable
- A self-starter attitude with high accountability and follow-through
- Fluent English - both spoken and written (this is a must)
- Experience with process improvements or workflow design
- Background in a global operations role
- Skills in building internal tools, trackers, or SOPs
