In this role, you will oversee the full scope of our sustainable gaming operations. You will ensure we meet regulatory expectations, manage customer-related cases, and drive improvements in tools, processes, and reporting. Your judgment, problem-solving skills, and understanding of player behaviour will help protect our customers while supporting smooth and responsible business operations.

What You Bring To The Role

Several years of experience in online gaming, including hands-on work in sustainable gaming or player protection.

Strong understanding of gaming systems, regulatory requirements, and the tools used to monitor player behaviour.

Confident working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI, with the ability to translate insights into clear decisions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

A structured, detail-oriented approach with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable collaborating with regulators, internal teams, and external partners when needed.

High ethical standards, a customer-first mindset, and a genuine interest in harm prevention.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

You Will Be Responsible For

Overseeing all sustainable gaming operations, including adherence to regulatory expectations and internal policies.

Monitoring data and player behaviour to identify risk, investigate cases, and act on findings.

Communicating with at-risk customers to provide guidance, support, and information about safe gambling tools.

Managing customer-related sustainable gaming cases and decisions, including account reviews and escalations.

Working with Product and IT on sustainable gaming features, reporting, and improvements, from user stories to testing.

Delivering training for teams across the company and supporting wider awareness initiatives.

Coordinating third-party tools and partners used in sustainable gaming operations.

Preparing reports, analysing performance trends, and working with BI to turn insights into improvements.

Identifying operational or regulatory risks and escalating them appropriately.

Taking ownership of critical issues to minimise customer and business impact.
