The Job in a Nutshell

As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll take the lead in shaping and executing the CRM strategy for our Real Money Casino and Sportsbook brands. You'll manage a global CRM team, ensuring flawless campaigns and consistent communication across markets. By analyzing player behavior and refining customer journeys, you'll craft experiences that both engage players and drive strong ROI. Working closely with internal and external partners, you'll keep engagement high with fresh, well-executed campaigns and identify new opportunities for growth.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Managing the global Real Money CRM team.
• Planning and executing the CRM strategy for several Real Money Casino and Sportsbook brands. Ensuring the CRM strategy is staying consistent and flawless.
• Constantly analyzing and optimizing CRM journeys, ensuring continuous improvement and identifying future opportunities for growth.
• Understanding player behavior and creating journeys that provide both excellent customer experience and positive ROI.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customers are engaging with refreshing, perfectly executed campaigns and relevant communication cycles.

You're good at

• You have 5+ years of CRM experience within the iGaming industry, focused on player and customer retention.
• A degree in Marketing or a related field with a strong background in creating and executing campaign strategies tailored to customer needs, habits, and profiles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (essential).
• Prior supervisory or management experience is an advantage.
• You are a confident, strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term planning and tactical execution.
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization, communication, and presentation skills, while being proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
• You can adapt to different corporate cultures and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
