- Provide legal advice and support on the company's business activities.
- Draft, review, and help negotiate agreements, legal opinions, and other key documents.
- Support dispute resolution, litigation, and settlement processes together with senior lawyers and external advisors.
- Monitor regulatory developments, assess compliance implications, and contribute to guidance for internal stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for assigned legal tasks and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Contribute legal input to the development of new services and products.
- Coordinate the improvement of internal legal workflows, policies, and cross-functional projects.
- Support corporate governance requirements and company secretarial matters.
Requirements
- Master's degree in law from Estonia (preferred) or another EEA/EU university.
- Full professional fluency in English required; Estonian language skills considered an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years' legal practice in a regulated sector, either in-house or at a law firm — for example financial services, payments, fintech, banking, telecommunications, insurance, energy, or gaming.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: payment services regulation, contract drafting and negotiation, data protection, AML/CFT, corporate governance, or intellectual property.
- Ability to take responsibility for assigned legal tasks and deliver high-quality results.
