About The Role
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Supporting key stakeholders with processing expense reports and handling other administrative tasks for them.
- Collaborating and working closely with the Executive Assistants team with travel bookings, managing and coordinating logistics for internal events and assisting with team projects.
- Scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and quickly securing alternate spaces when plans change.
- Helping manage and track ongoing tasks and action items.
- Assisting with general work related questions and communication.
- Handling ad hoc tasks, from collecting specific information to assisting with urgent, time-sensitive needs.
- You have 1+ years of experience in a similar administrative or support role and experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Meet, Slides, etc.) and Zoom.
- You have experience helping to organise meetings, events, or activities.
- You have time management and problem-solving skills, with multi-tasking abilities.
- You are organised and understand how to prioritize and respond accordingly to be able to handle and process multiple, sometimes competing, requests.
- You have a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality, with the ability to tackle very loosely defined problems and deliver an organised output.
- You can clearly present your ideas in both written and spoken communication in English and Estonian.
