Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure the achievement of process capability targets across production lines. This will be accomplished through establishing standardized processes, implementing measurement systems, conducting process analysis, and applying statistical process control.

As a Process Engineer You will:

  • Ensure the reliability and performance of production lines and equipment.

  • Develop and implement new processes, including the creation, management, and continuous improvement of related documentation. Prepare work instructions and guidelines.

  • Train operators and technicians in methods, product specifications, tools, and documentation usage.

  • Create maintenance plans and monitor their execution.

  • Establish and maintain a process control system – select appropriate methods and measurement systems, track daily process indicators, and drive improvements (e.g., updating instructions, modifying maintenance routines).
     

As an ideal candidate You'll have:

  • Higher technical education.

  • Good command of both Estonian and English.

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes and to occasionally respond to work-related challenges outside regular hours.
