Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with Two (2) years office experience OR At least one (1) year of post-high school course-level work with One (1) year of office experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Similar experience in medical front office (including knowledge of managed care insurance, CPT - and ICD - coding, cashiering, and appointment scheduling) Experience with electronic health records (Allscripts preferred) Experience with practice management software (Allscripts PM preferred) Experience with telephone customer service on a multi-line phone system
