Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for the products assigned to you — potentially including Yolo Wallet, Casino Management System, Table App, Cashdesk App, and You will manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring our products deliver real customer value, align with business goals, and stay ahead of market trends.

You will be a critical enhancement to the growing Product Department, that manages the development of the following in-house products:

• Bombay Wallet - The key entry point and heart of the Bombay Product ecosystem
• Casino Management Software - Collection of Products and Back Offices used to set up and operate our Landbased Casinos and Wallet Customers
• - Bombay's Online Casino extension
• Loyalty ecosystem - Product for rewarding any activity within Bombay Ecosystem

• Own end-to-end product management and delivery for assigned products, keeping company goals, objectives, and strategy in mind.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including ideation, launch, optimization, and retirement.
• Establish and implement a product knowledge-sharing framework.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in your product from both internal and external user perspectives.
• Collaborate daily with engineering teams to ensure business vision and product development are aligned.
• Manage work and delivery in Jira using agile methodologies, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure the quality, performance, and usage of product developments.
• Gather and analyze user and stakeholder feedback to plan product improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory Tier 1 requirements.
• Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies to guide product strategy.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably managing multiple products.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of technology stacks and product performance metrics.
• Experience or familiarity with online casinos and financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of Tier 1 regulatory frameworks is a plus.

You'll be part of the Bombay Product team of around 30 people, working closely with Product & Technology teams, Consultants and Leadership teams, while reporting to the Head of Engineering. Bombay Group already brings together 400 people — and we're still growing.
