About The Role
We're looking for an
Account Manager
to join our
Sales team
.
In this role, you'll manage and grow client relationships, drive sales performance, and help strengthen Omniva's position in the logistics and e-commerce market. You'll work closely with key clients and internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions and ensure a smooth, value-driven customer experience.
This is a chance to play a key role in Omniva's transformation — helping shape the future of logistics and technology across the Baltics and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a client portfolio, ensuring excellent relationships and strong results
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare and achieve sales budgets and profitability targets
- Record and track sales activities in CRM
- Analyse client data and initiate improvement projects
- Execute sales campaigns and resolve client issues promptly
What You Bring
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development — ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or B2B services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong client focus with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Estonian and English. Russian is a plus.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems preferred)
- Positivity, adaptability, and a drive to achieve results
