About The Role
We're looking for a
proactive Legal Counsel
to join our
Legal and Compliance team
in
Tallinn (Estonia)
.

In these role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the Baltics, providing strategic and practical legal support that helps Omniva grow responsibly and sustainably.

You'll advise business units on a wide range of topics — from contract negotiations and dispute management to the implementation of new products and business models.

This is a dynamic, hands-on opportunity for lawyers who enjoy variety, collaboration, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in an evolving international organization.

What You'll Do

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
  • Manage and support dispute resolution and legal processes
  • Advise business teams on day-to-day legal questions and compliance matters
  • Support and implement new business models, products, and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across the Baltics
  • Colaborate with external legal counsel

What You Bring

  • Law degree and prior experience in a law firm and/or private company
  • Strong understanding of commercial and contract law
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles is a plus
  • High sense of initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English and Estonian (both written and spoken)
