​IF YOU HAVE
  • Fluent in Estonian and English language
  • Strong customer service focus with «can-do» attitude
  • Proven experience from similar (customer service) position with B2B customer relations
  • Background from financial sector, insurance or automotive industries – advantage
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills
  • Independent, self-motivated  and results-driven approach
  • Efficient user experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Teams, CRM

WE TRUST YOU WILL BE ABLE TO

  • Provide excellent daily customer service
  • Support internal key stakeholders such as Sales, Technical and Accounting team
  • Handle general customer requests administration, prepare related documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate data base updates
  • Handle critical issues and report such further to respective experts
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and offers
  • Manage and follow up customer contracts and orders
